HOW TO USE
To do a yoni steam, place 1–2 tablespoons of your herbal blend in a heatproof bowl and pour 4–6 cups of boiling water over the herbs. Allow it to steep for about 5–10 minutes, then carefully position yourself over the vessel, keeping a safe distance to avoid burns. Drape a towel around your waist to trap the steam, and relax for 15–20 minutes as the gentle warmth bathes your pelvic area. Always make sure the steam feels warm, not hot, and stop immediately if you experience any discomfort. Do not steam if you are menstruating, pregnant, or have a UTI.
